The progress continues as my commitment strength gains!
Everything has come together and my daily eating habits and exercise are working wells. Down about 3lbs this week and another 6 days of working out. Had two days outside my food calorie intake goals.
Will continue to progress and complete weekly blogs. Next week is end of January and will do my body measurements along with weight.
