Had a day of rest and relaxation.
Sparked in the morning on the 5% Fall SUDS team.
Went into the garden and fed the birds. Cooked rice for them and the thrushes and blackbirds were fighting over it. Also shared some of my fruit with them. Redcurrants, strawberry, plum and grapes. At one time there were 8 blackbirds and 4 song thrushes all knocking each other away from the food to try and get to it. Tomorrow I will put it all around the patio so they have to work for it.
The 4 thrushes were the last to leave. They arrived early morning, went for a short while when it snowed and then came back for the rest of the day till 5pm. It was almost dark by then and the street lights were on. They really are beautiful. If my photos come out, I took them through the windows, I will post them tomorrow.

I finished the 2nd pair of gloves for my GD. I hope this time they fit. I will post the photos in due course. I watched the ski-ing, "Coast" which was about Holland and the film "Sister Act" while I knitted and sewed up. Very relaxing, not something I have done much of lately.
