So today has been mainly a day of planning....goal setting....revamping and some more researching.
I've decided that:
1. I'm going to start small.....instead of my tracker showing all this weight I have to lose, I'm going to change it to small increments. The first being a13lb loss because I want my first mark to be under 200lb. I believe this is more doable and a larger milestone for myself because getting under 200lb is going to feel great. I know. I've been there
2. I'm going to begin by changing my thought process. I never realized how important this is to becoming a more healthier me until I read some of the articles here on SP.
I will treat myself with the same care and love and concern that I would anyone else. I WILL be my most loyal fan!
3. Along with the thought changing process, treating myself right for a change, I am going to see my will power for what it is (thanks to an article from one of the partner sites of SP). It is a positive tool that God gave me! Will Power = the ability to make things happen. I have just as much will power as anyone else. I just have to enlist it in a positive way.
