Feeling it!!

I'm still feeling the effects of my exercise from yesterday but I didn't let it stop me from moving my body today. I didn't do any regular exercise today but what I did instead is house cleaning. I kept my body moving today as much as I could. emoticon Baby steps.
One thing I do know is that I wanted to do more, that's what made me feel good today. Knowing that I was not discouraged by the soreness from yesterday emoticon
