Allergic to foods....That I LOVE!

I have been having issues with gaining weight, bloating, night sweats and moodiness. I had my doctor do some blood tests for hormonal imbalances and also food allergies. It turns out that I am allergic to:
Wheat/Gluten
Egg Yolks/Egg Whites
Peanuts
Dairy
This is just a preliminary test, more testing is to come. But all my issues have pretty much disappeared within 7 days of being free of gluten/eggs/wheat and dairy. I love eggs and peanuts! I love peanut butter toast....I am lost without my beloved foods!!
However, I noticed I sleep better, feel better and my weight is slowly going down!
So going vegan was a good decision, because I was allergic to everything I was eating before anyway!

    I have been put on an anti-inflammatory diet and like you I have a whole list of food sensitives, but today I noticed the sores on my legs are quickly healing, aamazing how much effect food has on our bodies

  When I first read your blog, I thought maybe you were following "The Virgin Diet" by J.J. Virgin. I don't know much about it, but for 21 days, you eliminate the foods you were talking about and then gradually entering them back. Here's a link:
