Back on track!

Well it was easy to get side-tracked but I am back to doing a daily walk to the gym where I do aqua aerobics. The class is really great and with different Instructors each day there is alot of variety. I also have made a few freinds. Happy Happy. Today is Sunday but I walked there anyway and did laps. I feel so much better and the walking seems to be a little bit easier with every passing day. emoticon

    Way to go! I never feel much like starting the exercise, but always ENJOY it when I do! It was a 4 mile bike ride for me today. Though my feet are healing up, I'm sticking to the bike and am not walking for a while. Keep up the good work! It DOES get easier!
