Back on track!

Well it was easy to get side-tracked but I am back to doing a daily walk to the gym where I do aqua aerobics. The class is really great and with different Instructors each day there is alot of variety. I also have made a few freinds. Happy Happy. Today is Sunday but I walked there anyway and did laps. I feel so much better and the walking seems to be a little bit easier with every passing day.
