I've always loved this website; there is something about knowing that I am not the only one with the struggles I have. I always think it is just me who has certain problems with things like binge eating or that horrible feeling of loss of control, but the message boards help me because I know I'm not alone and I know that others have overcome the struggles I have. I've been feeling really good about this year, I just feel something changing inside of me and it is so exciting! I have a few major milestones I hope to achieve this year; I will finally be getting my Bachelor's Degree and along with that I can finally leave my job! So with the chance to walk the stage I have a new motivation to develop healthy habits: I want to look HOT when I walk the stage lol I deserve it, I've worked so hard for my degree, and now it's time to work hard for my health, my life, and my well-being. Along with that, I 'll be turning 35 in November which gives me plenty of time to look and feel good for my birthday. I'm so excited for what is in store for this year!
I've decided to start slowly; this week I'm focusing on three things: tracking my food, drinking my water, and exercising at least 15 minutes a day four days a week. My weigh in day will be on Friday mornings. I'm so ecstatic that I've found this website to help me on my journey!
