I am still not 100% better from my hamstring sprain but I am now able to walk normal with out the limp. I went to the doctor earlier this week and he advised me to stay away from my Turbo Fire for 2-3 weeks. Told me to take it slow and begin building myself up to the point where I will be able to jump back into my TurboFire. My lesson is learned. DO PROPER FORM!!!! Chalene always expresses this in the videos. Also my doctor said he was proud of me for losing some weight since the last time he saw me and encouraged me to continue in that path. It made me feel so good and proud to lose my first 10lbs. I am a couple pounds away until I can say GOODBYE to the 300's and I am so excited. This is has been the longest I have stuck through without giving up. Very proud. Baby steps. So I have begun walking like doctor said and I did the Walk AWAY the Pounds video and let me tell you it made me sweat. I like that video. In my head I kept on wanting the Turbo Fire intensity and was thinking this walking video isn't going to make me sweat. It proved me wrong. Overall I am happy and grateful that I have finally stuck with my decision to get healthy. Even my husband told me that this morning. How proud he was of me to sticking to my guns in getting healthy. I want to live a long healthy life and to enjoy it with my husband and my future children. emoticon
