I enjoyed watching today's video because I'm going through this right now. The scale isn't moving much, not like it used to when I was younger. But I have noticed other changes.
I have more energy throughout the day
My mood is better
My heel (Achilles Tendon) doesn't hurt nearly as much
Clothes are fitting a little looser.
Not getting nearly as many cravings and have adjusted to portion sizes.
I know the scale will move if I keep this up. Consistency and not giving up are key for me! I can do this!
