It was a relaxing Sunday but now, I dont know how it happens I dont have time at all. The week to come is in front of me with soooo much to do...
The report of the day:
Nutrition = quite well (and better that yeterday)
Exercise = 60 min swimming
43 min walking
No strength exercise today
My mood = fine ( I am a little bit anxious about my son)
My sleep = I am trying to have 7 hours today
