Running...or at least trying

SO went for a jog on tuesday and went out again tonight. Spend more time walking than jogging at the moment but I'm out and about. I have an app on my phone that breaks up older play lists so it makes being out a little fresher every time and fun. There is a 5k training app I have as well so instead of the gym I have these.

Have also treated myself to a pair of running shoes. I have some nice gear to keep me warm so even if there is a little more cold weather to come I have no excuse to not get out and run

    Great! It is important to do what you if for now you are doing more walking than jogging that is fine, as you get healthier, it will tip the other way. I have some limits to what I can do because of disability, so when I started out, I could just about move a bit... a couple of weeks on and I've found that what I can do has naturally increased. Yesterday I actually finished a routine in one go that a few weeks ago I could only do in one minute stages.

    emoticon Glad you are adding running. It still seems too much for me, though I love long walks.
