Week three wasn't a good week... despite my best efforts, i only got two workouts in... to many obstacles, my child got the flu, too much work with the new addition to my classroom, and fender bender in which i hurt my neck.
Nonetheless, week three is over and here is looking forward to a strong beginning in week four.
5 minutes - warm up 3.5
30 minutes - 6.3 (nonstop)
2 minutes - 6.4 (nonstop)
1 minute - 6.5 (nonstop)
1 minute - 6.6 (nonstop)
5 minutes - cool down
total treadmill time 45 minutes
weight training - shoulders, 3 exercises, 3 sets, 20 reps.
