No loss or gains means you BREAKEVEN, but on Sparkpeople it is called PLATEAU. I read an article on SP Plateau Buster that opened my eyes to the fact that as much as I had been on a plateau, I am also on a MAINTENANCE MODE, (isn't that interesting? And funny too).
Well, I am not sure if I fall in the category of LOSERS, GAINERS or MAINTAINERS right now. I had been dangling/ranging between 76 - 78kg for the past almost 4 months, can I then be in the category of LONE DANGLERS/RANGERS (I wish there was anything like that).
My highest of 78kg comes when TOM is over and lowest of 75kg a week after. I have tried all I could except "fad dieting" (maybe I have to try that now). I eat within my calorie range most days of the week.
Breakeven in business is a very risky stage and every entrepreneur should do the best to leave that stage as quick as possible, so also this "Lone Dangling/Ranging" level in weight loss, it can be risky for losers because you may just start gaining without break.
To help me out, I have decided to WALK away from that level, RUN for my dear life, RIDE to safety and STEP onto the next level.
