I gained .2 lbs today. For the week I am down 2 lbs. I had a pretty good week. My goal this week is to make sure I get below 215, so 1.2 lbs. That will complete my January goals.
Today I ate chicken, tomatoes, and onion for breakfast. Lunch is going to be 10 buffalo wings, and supper will be 3/4 lb of ground beef w 4 ozs. of cheddar cheese on it. I went to get my pills, and groceries for the week. Then I hit the gym, since it is 20 degrees outside with a wind chill of 0. Now I plan on watching 2 football games.
