Maybe the cause lies in a few less-than-focused days, but my weigh-in this weekend was less than desirable.
The good news: I'm at 146, down from 148 on January 1.
The bad news: I was actually down to 144.6 a few days back, but my slacking and snacking bumped it back up.
The verdict: Time to buckle down! I need to be more consistent in planning healthier meals with NO TREATS after each one. Also, my exercise must be more consistent. Again, plan it carefully.
Today, for example, as I have the entire afternoon at my disposal, I promise myself to run/walk a 5k on the treadmill. See you later!
