Week 2 & I gained a pound ~ Saturday January 19, 2013

Well, well, well,,,,, I gained a pound and that is not going to throw me into a cycle of desperation.... lost 5 pounds last week,,,, and I knew a lot of it was water weight,,, I exercised and did eat well,,, but once or twice I did go a little overboard with the carbs...... oh well,,, live and learn,,, right?

I could make excuses,,, lots of stress at work,,, lots of changes,,,, but the fact of the matter is that I simply ate too much of the wrong thing,,,,, so better choices,,,, no freaking out this time,,, no getting in a funk,,,,,,, just learning and moving forward....... Looking forward to a better next week emoticon
