I've decided to change my weigh-in day to Wednesdays. I feel like this is the most accurate reflection of my work I've done.
I work 10-12 hour shifts Monday-Friday, and I get up and walk around a lot of those days. Plus I work my 6am workouts 2-3 times during M-F. Then Sat/Sun rolls around, and even if I do work out and don't cheat on my diet, for some reason, my Monday weigh-in is usually higher than what I weighed on Friday morning. Perhaps I'm just less mobile on the weekends. I also take a lot of cat naps which might contribute to this. Plus I wake up at 5am on Monday mornings in order to work out, and Wednesday mornings I don't have any gym class in the morning. So I get a full nights sleep on Tuesday nights.
Anyways, changing it to Wednesday mornings is a good middle of the week, middle of routine day so reflect my work, so if the scale does go a tad up on Monday AM, I'll be able to get back into routine by Wednesday AM.
