Wow , 2 weeks without a pepsi !!!!!
Some may think "big deal " but for me pepsi is an addiction. I do not drink tea or coffee so this is my cold caffeine.
I usually only have 1 a day but over Christmas holidays I was having 2 a day.
Yes I do miss it a lot, but it is soooo bad for you. I have noticed that I am sleeping a lot better and not craving sweets as much.
I have been to the gym 3 days this week and really starting to eat so much better. I have also noticed that I am making way better choices than I used too !
Here`s to another good week, I am still taking it one day at a time, but it is getting easier !
