Wanna get out of this rut!

Ok, my computer ate half my vlog but the gist of this week is: I've been to the gym 3 times (once to do a 15 minute quick run - didnt have time) and 2 really good sessions. I'm finding it hard to get inspiration and motivation this week and really want to kickstart the week so any advice would be helpful!

    A great kickstart for me is just surfing Spark for a few hours. It's amazing and so motivating! I also try to focus on all the positive results and good feelings I get when I do get in those really good workout sessions. emoticon emoticon

    I can certainy understand your call for help, because I've been there! Try to think back in the beginning WHY you wanted to start losing weight and being more healthy. What was your desperate feeling for wanting to lose weight so adamantly?! Really search your heart and don't just come up with a quick answer, but a really deep-down, in-depth answer full of reasons why you felt so strongly in the beginning! We all need that beginning ummph feeling again! I know that I do! So this is why I need to review it in my mind over and over again!! Make a pact to stir up your routine for this coming week or even for the rest of January. Say it's one big thing or even a couple of smaller things that will really shake up your routine and you can really feel the difference!! You can do it! Keep Pushing!! Good luck to you!!

    I commiserate with you. My computer is SNAFU to the max right now and I don't know which way to turn now. I also appreciate that you went on to do your fitness routines. Good on you.
