good luck. I've never made overnight oats, but have heard of them from others who swear by them... one friend uses almond milk to make hers and adds all kinds of things and LOVES it.

I have never heard of over night oats. Are you trying to have something that is ready and healthy? I usually make a single serving of oatmeal or Coach's Oats in the microwave. 1/3 cup oats, 1 cup water (or less to preference) and microwave at 70% power for 5 minutes. You don't have boil-over (and a mess) when you use the lower power. It's easy to add dried fruits, or sometimes I'll add some chopped fresh apple and cinnamon. Just a suggestion.

You will get to love oats. Just give them time. I found it best if you don't add anything to them Your taste buds adjust over a few weeks then you enjoy them in their purest form.

Yes they do stick. Always wash your dishes after you eat (don't leave them for more than an hour) Removing dried on oats is hard..
