Realizing our Prospects; our potential is vast

Sunday, January 20, 2013

Every morning that we are graced with living we should awaken with feeling expansive and with open-mindedness, ready not only to move into the next phase of our existence but also to explore the mysteries that are hidden there. We should always feel confident about our future prospects, contemplating a wider variety of possibilities than we might otherwise consider. This optimism gives us the encouragement needed to take a second look at some of the more ambitious dreams we have been nurturing in your hearts. Whether we choose to pursue these objectives, however, is likely less important than our overall willingness to accept that our potential is vast. We really do need to make the most of the hope we feel by simply investigating all the avenues before us.

To fully realize the range of prospects we have ahead of us, we must be willing to look optimistically into the future, seeing only what we hope will come to pass and divesting ourselves of thoughts of potential setbacks. This confident hopefulness will counteract the disappointments we encounter while acting as a potent motivational force, propelling us toward our aspirations even when the odds don't seem to be in our favor. When we focus on the potentially life-enriching possibilities before us, we are more apt to do everything in our power to realize those possibilities. In our musings, they seem to be within our reach, so our minds and hearts will believe it to be so. The expansiveness with which you approach the goal-realization process today will help you navigate both thrilling ups and disheartening downs with poise.
