Day 22- Slowly seeing results

CW: 159

I haven't lost much weight since I first started, but I can feel and see some of the results. My stomach bulge is getting smaller. Getting close to a flat stomach! I feel more energized throughout the day. I can do the bootcamp exercises easier than before.

I know I have to keep going. Not only do I want to get in shape for prom and college, but I want to feel better about myself. I want to be healthy and have others look at me as inspiration to reach their own weight loss goals. I want to lead a long and healthy life and set a good example for my future family.

I'm thinking about buying new fitness games for the Wii. Right now, I only have Wii Fit Plus. The Zumba and Biggest Loser games look fun.

    I wish my 12 year old would join this web site. I am very happy to hear from a younger person. Keep up the great work and don't give up the battle. If you read enough information on this website you will never feel like you are dieting or doing anything out of the norm.

I wish this was available when I was young. I dieted in a way that was extrememly dangerous and counter- emoticon productive.

    emoticon You have great ideas about how to stay healthy! So just keep up the good work! The workouts you have sound like a lot of fun! I might suggest P90X if you ever have the money to buy it because it will kick your behind right off! I have been doing it for months and you talk about stomach definition!
