I completed the week of small goals yesterday, this was to help me get back on track.
I'm back and ready to be committed to my healthy living.
My small goal for the week of 1/13 to 1/19 was:
Stick to my Nutrition Menu provided by SP tracker. COMPLETED
Walk at least 5,000 steps per day. On Wednesday I only walked 3606 steps but I made for it on Thu (9154), Fri (10279) and Sat (16916).
I made the Teams 5th place for the Week's Fitness Minutes. WooHoo!
