Well I learned that I don't get enough nutrients in my diet so I really need to start taking my vitamins again, that I do need to watch my salt intake, that maybe I am over thinking what I am eating so it is making it hard for me to get in my calorie range, that I need to drink more water than the recommended 8 glasses because I feel dehydrated with just 8 glasses. I need to eat more protein and most of the carbs I used to eat was all junk food.
Really trying to figure out a workable program for me. Still need to watch my portion control I used to eat 2-3 portions before so I need to realize one is enough. Working on the motivation to keep working out. And I need to figure out why I have been so depressed lately. I am losing weight I should be happier right?
Hoping the next week brings another loss I would love to be under 200 before Valentine's day. Wishing everyone a great week.
