    I'm like you... sometimes I wonder about how they can say these are the "best" snacks when they are so high calorie. I always look at the calorie to protein ratio and if I get equal to or more than 1 gram of protein per 10 calories, then I think it's a pretty good bet. There are some here on this list that fill that bill, so I will certainly be keeping an eye out for them when I go shopping. Thanks for sharing! Great blog!

    Thanks for posting this! Its all about making smarter choices, like picking whole grain products, and this is a great place to start. The break down of the nutritional values are great. Some of these items are definitely going on my shopping list!

    I dislike prepared and processed foods, and I have a food allergy which would put probably 90% of this stuff off limits for me.

    I'm surprised to see I already frequent several of these - wheat thins, triscuits, chobani to name a few. I want to try that tuna snack now and a couple of others listed here.
