Remember how good you felt yesterday after working out? Well try that again today. Even though you had chocolate today and are off eating well. It is only 12noon. You have plenty of time throughout the day to do something about it and NOT to eat anymore. Try to train your mind to not seek perfection but change. Every little change counts toward the grand scheme of success. All your friends and self say so!!!! Don't be down, workout and change your attitude after some homework is completed!!!!! Work off the chocolate and feel good. Don't slip back into the victimization drama attitude. It doesn't work and people get turned off.
