Yesterday I decided to do the 30 Day Shred DVD.... and then I thought "What if I actually did this for 30 days straight?" I get nervous setting goals like this up because of the countless times I've given up after a handful of days. So for this week'd Biggest Loser Challenge- I'm going to challenge myself to do the 30 Day Shred everyday for the next week. This sounds more manageable than saying I'll do it for 30 days straight (even though that's the end goal). If I could do it for a week- I could surely do it for another week, and then another!
Also, this time is completely different than any other time I've tried losing weight. Usually I'd try to limit my calories to about 1200 a day on top of working out everyday. This time I'm eating closer to 1800 everyday... and guess what?? I'm still losing weight! AND I'm not starving!! I wouldn't even say that the weight loss is too slow.
