I've declared this week/weekend a loss...

I stepped on the scale on Friday and I gained 4 lbs. FOUR POUNDS...

Ok, ok, so at about 10 p.m. on Thursday I ate a large amount of nachos and tons of frosting and a cupcake...that could have something to do with it.

I was pissed...really pissed. I tried not to care but I didn't do a great job, so I did the only thing that ever calms me down...I ate.

I ate really crappy stuff consistently since that weigh in...granted, I have at half portions, but still...I'm way over in calories everyday, I'm sure of it. Well, I'm not sure of it because I haven't been tracking it...and I'm not starting again until tomorrow.

I am not giving up totally...I do this sometimes. It seems to work ok for me. That and I bought a dress for a party for my husbands work and I did NOT like how my tummy looked. My best friend called BS on my tummy being any different, but in my head it is so it's off to the races starting tomorrow!

Also starting tomorrow...1 can of Diet Pepsi a day. I was, at one point, completely off of soda! Now, I drink as much soda as I do water, if not a bit more some days. Not good!

Lofty goals for me, but I'm ready so it will work!

    Your blog is all too familiar. I did AWFUL on food today, but I was honest and tracked every bit. My weigh in is Tues, and I'm afraid the point made is that--DUH--if I want to weigh less, I have to eat less and eat smarter. SIGH. Hang in there, fellow Sparkie, emoticon
