is today my stress eating day?

Sitting here feeling sorry for myself...and wishing i had a big bag..no wait! a case of chocolate, and case lays potato chips...12 pack of regular pepsi....

YESTERDAY was so fricken crappy...but i put it on myself, I had a very bad day at work, I made some dumb desicions...but reality is, I'm still good at my job, and I should of never allow my boss make feel like nothing...I work my ass off, she always can count on me..I hardly ever complain...sometimes we are just tired and can't think straight...

I admit I'm tired..I been putting in a lot of hours...this last week was not as hetic, and I made some bad calls...GUESS what I am human...

SO is todat my stress eating day? in the pass DAMN right it would of been...

BUT today, I've made the desicion, to drink coffee, add a little sugar and half and half...( because I know this too is bad) BUT it's so much better then a case of something...

    emoticon Way to go - writing a blog instead of stress eating!! Look at how far you have come. Look at how much you have changed your habits. You are an inspiration, even though you are only human - in fact because you are only human.     We all make mistakes, this might be a way to improve, by working on doing better the next time. Try getting some exercise to channel the stress in a positive direction! You could walk to a store to buy the chocolate, chips and Pepsi. By the time you get there you might feel better. Don't do something you will regret. emoticon

    I hate what you are experiencing. I have been in your shoes and it is very painful. I hope you can start feeling better! Just venting in a blog is truly positive. emoticon

    I often think about eating lots of chocolate, but I don't do it. Eating a quart of ice cream would only give me a bellyache.
