SI6 Official day 1

I did it!! :)

Motivation is a weird thing. Yesterday I was SO motivated, like, I couldn't see myself unmotivated ever again, it was very strong! I had to keep myself from moving because it was my rest day.. couldn't wait to today to do my SI6. This morning was another story entirely, lol. BUT I DID IT! :)

So official day 1 of the first week of SI6 is DONE. While doing it I was starting to wonder if I really should redo all the first week or what.. It was easier on me today, maybe because I had two recent rest days. Anyway, at the end of the workout I was sweaty and tired and red in the face, so I'll keep my plan. I still struggle with push ups (even if they're girls') but I can see an improvement already :) I'll keep pushing play as they say :P

Now I'm going out for my 8 hours cube shift :/ :)
