since I got back home, I had trouble getting back to meal planning.
But finally last night, I prepared my meal plan for my shopping trip of today. I feel great because I know it will help me stay on track in my caloric range.
So here are my goals for this week:
1. Take 10,000 steps/day
2. Exercise at least 60 mins/day
3. Track nutrition for the week
4. Drink at least 10 cups
