Wake Up Call

I had a great day yesterday. Wonderful workout with my trainer. My hubby and I went out for a 2.5 mile walk. Took a mini nap in the afternoon. Then off to an anniversary dinner. Even got to bed fairly early. This morning the scale yelled at me. So instead of getting mad at it, I jumped in the shower, put on my yoga clothes, signed up for the 9 AM class, ate my oatmeal, put my liquids in the freezer and will be leaving for class in about 15 minutes. And, oh yeah, I stopped in hear to blog about it so there is no turning back now.
I am visualizing the rest of my day too. Once I get home, I will do a light weight workout (considering I got pretty beat up yesterday with my trainer LOL). Then a balanced lunch. The 49er game is on so probably a few pool games with hubby while we watch the game. Off to sushi with friends for dinner.
This is all doable. This will be a successful Sunday.
