Amazing how the sun can effect your energy level

Sunday, January 20, 2013

Today in central Mexico it is cloudy and the sun is hidding. I am sitting here having and giving myself a talk about just putting on the sneakers and getting out the door to walk the dogs. I know even though I don't feel like it, I will do it! I am chilly so walking will help get the blood moving and warm me up. I just don't have the pep I usually do when the sun is bright. I know I have no right to complain as we are so lucky here and live in the best weather ever. Oh, and do you think it's also might have something to do with eating out two days in a row....hum, for sure! Really looking forward to eating right today. Two big football games today so I am sure will watch some of that. It will be nice to cuddle with the kitties, eat right and watch football.
Hope you all have a terrific day.
Sallie

Yes, you'll do it and you'll feel better after. You have that discipline and determination. And the next time the sun is out, you'll be extra grateful, too! Take care. I'm learning to love exercise outside -- no matter. -Marsha

Go for your walk anyway and it will warm you
up. Enjoy your footy games and eating at home.

I can deal with a partly cloudy day here on the beach today...I did a Half Marathon. 55 degrees at the start of the race with a bit of a breeze at the end. Perfect for running. I do agree with you. Here, if it's a cloudy day, peopl just get weird. Ya just gotta catch them Vitamin D rays!

I'm chillin' now after the race, got some healthy recovery food and gonna watch the AFC & NFC Championships as well, Sallie! Enjoy!

I totally agree with you Sallie! if the sun is not out I don't have much will power to walk Casey at all either! It was out here and now it's overcast and dreary! Hope the sun comes out for both of us! and PS.... Great attitude! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

It's been pretty here yesterday and today. Was able to walk outside with just a sweatshirt on. Glad the weather is cheering you up. Have a good day.

Sunshine helps a lot! I agree, but it's about 52 here.

Sallie, I'll take some of that cloudy warm weather. The high on Tuesday will be 14.

It's cold here (frost all around) but the sun is shining and that makes me happy. Enjoy the games.

Sunshine makes all the difference - I go into hibernation mode when it is cloudy.
Go take that walk and then enjoy some good food and the game!
Sending you some sunshine from northern Mexico!
