I cannot believe that I haven't blogged for 10 days. WOW!

Just to check in - things with me have been going really well! I have stopped focusing on the scale and started focusing on how I feel. I have been eating very well. In fact, I've been staying in my range 6 of 7 days. I am allowing me one to day to splurge a bit but I'm not going overboard. It is feeling really good.

Sorry I've been MIA around here. I've been using My Fitness Pal for tracking and such. I really should check in here more though because I do miss you guys! I am going to spend some time today playing catch up.

Fitness is going as well as it can. I'm limited in that department right now but I'm slowly getting back to some low impact stuff which feels nice. I am going to do an upper body workout three times this week to begin a good regimen again. I need to figure out a good time of day to do it though. I usually don't get home until 6ish and then I have dinner so I guess 7-730ish will work. I may try to do some stretching exercises a couple of days this week too.

Okay sparkies - I'm off for now. I am going to catch up with some friends! emoticon

    Sounds as though life is keeping you busy and in a good way. Try doing something even 10 mins in the AM right after you get up. I have been getting up a little earlier and its helps but will be honest it took a little getting use to. Not a exercise loving person, but I do enjoy the way I feel when I am done.

    That is so great! It sounds as if you are eating more intuitively--which makes for a sustainable program. Sure, you'll have off days, but it'll be so much easier to get back on track. Woo Hoo!
