day 1

Sunday, January 20, 2013

I am ready to start this today! Today is my 38th birthday and what better a day to start a new lease on life! Yesterday was a lazy day but that is gone. I need to make this happen to make me feel better. I have been trying for so long and it's time to make it a reality. It will soon be time to shop for new spring/summer clothes and it pains me to think that i will be buying the same size again. I want to be able to buy something smaller and feel good about it.

So I am off to get a bottle of water to kick this off right. Maybe a walk with the dogs and kiddos, walk to the grocery store for a healthy dinner, or maybe just walk to enjoy the day. Will have to see what the day brings.

Have a good one!
