So I am officially down 9.2 lbs since my start date two weeks ago. I have lost .5 an inch in my waist and 1 inch in my hips. Nice to see that frame starting to shrink. My husband informs me he can Assure me I have lost some cup size, but honestly the tape measure doesn't agree so either it isn't the area I am measuring or it is all in his head LOL..
Next month I want to start tracking fitness tests, but for this month this is GREAT efforts moving forward. My current next minigoal is to see the backside of 180, when that happens I will start looking ahead. I COULD even happen this week, but I know by the next two weeks. So exciting, and happy with my efforts and consistency so far. Good work kid (thanks pep talk lady).
