I've changed my page, changed my ticker and changed my attitude. Thanks friends, for once again, reminding me I'm not alone with these thoughts and doubts.
I need to focus more on what I've done instead of how far I need to go. I have to remember that I've lost almost 140 pounds... that I've walked and jogged numerous 5k's... I've climbed rocks... gone for long bike rides... and changed my and my family's life for the better.
For me to move forward, I have to keep looking back and reminding myself of the positive changes I've made.
