NO Snacking!!!!

Ok, I have set a goal for the week!!! No snacking after dinner. I have decided that most of the time, when I am snacking at night, I am not snacking because I am hungry, it is just a nasty old habit, and I need to stop!!! So I expect to have some positive weight loss results by Fridays weigh in!

  When you feel the desire to snack after dinner go brush your teeth. The minty taste really helps me and my teeth are happy too!! emoticon

    We don't always snack when we are hungry, sometimes bored stress, or like you say a habit. We do allot of things because of this. Changing our routine is a great way to help us lose weight. Now that you discovered this and going to cut this out, I am sure it will help you accomplished your goal. It is good to review, what we do in a days time and see what we are doing wrong. Do a journal ,and review it in a few days, they maybe other things you do that you may want to cut out. emoticon emoticon
