Day 20 ~ Scale still not moving

I have so much weight to lose, yet the scale is not moving at all! I don't understand!! I have to be doing something wrong but I can't figure it out!! By this time on WW I had lost 20 pounds... I'm still teetering around the 13 I lost... sometimes I'm even up?!? I don't get it. I'm getting upset and discouraged but I REFUSE to give up.

    You could try mixing up your workouts, type of workouts, length of workouts.
Try eating more protein, keeps you fuller longer and protein is good for you.
Are you sure you are tracking everything correctly. I know sometimes if I don't double check what I've tracked it can be wrong, esp with the serving sizes.

    I know it can be hard sometimes when you hit a plateau . Just keep working your plan... Maybe introduce some strength training... Or more protein and less carbs... Just don't give up!!!

  emoticon it frustrating but you can do it. Break your day down, set yourself little goals to accomplish each day. emoticon keep smiling we will succeed! emoticon here's to our 8 glasses a day. Judy
