Hey, I'll take inspiration any way I can get it. While the idea of going toward a plant based diet for my health is the goal. Hearing the word carbatarian sparked some thoughts and is getting me to be more aware and mindful of my choices. And yes I have been slipping toward more carbs... and yes I am addicted to carbs.
That said last night's dinner was something I created.
Seasoned with Italian spices, fresh garlic and nutritional yeast. Hubby ended up so full he could not finish his bowl. Wow! It was yummy and filling.
I guess I need more practice on plant based eating... I do not want to be known as a Carbatarian.
