Pleased With Week 2

Well after a super nice week 1, I was prepared for a more sobering week 2. But I was nicely surprised with a 4 pound loss.
I got workouts 5 of the 7 days and although I overindulged on 2 days, I did stick to the foods on my meal plan. So my overall feeling for week 2 was successful
