Sometimes no matter how hard you work, you hit a plateau. Or even, in my case, some times you still gain weight. January started out great. My first weigh-in I was down three pounds. The next time, I didn't lose at all. This time, I've gained four pounds (technically, 3.6).
I'm not going to let this get to me. I weigh every day, and there's usually some up and down within a pound or two. However, looking back at other weigh ins, I have noticed that I do gain just before that time of the month. So, I'm hoping for AF this week and prove my theory.
In addition, it's just that much more wood on the fire. I've been good this week, and most of the month. I'm not going to let this little setback derail how well I've been doing with my eating and exercise. I'm going to continue working on my eating habits, and exercise, taking vitamins, and all that other good stuff.
So, now I'm going to go workout and do some yard work.
