Well this past week was clean out the closet time. I have lost enough weight that most of my cloths are to big for me. Some are really big couldn't wear them with out the pants almost falling down. My thinking on this I have kept my cloths before when I've lost weight if I gained back I just grabbed the cloths in the back of the closet. I'm not doing the same thing this time. You know what's crazy I didn't do the same thing with my smaller sizes. Doesn't make any sense does it Then I guess I just gave up I would tell myself well I failed again.. I have done this time & time again. I am not going to have that to fall back to this time only positive thoughts. This time my family and co-workers are behind me and keeping me accountable.
Time to get off here for today and get ready for Church then work. I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday .

    I think you should take some time and go shopping for a cute outfit that fits just right on the body you have right now. Since it's mid-winter, what's left of winter clothes ought to be on deep discount and you could get a pair of pants and a sweater of 3/4 length sleeved top to see you through the rest of the cold weather. Spring attire will be displayed too. I am hoping to be 13 pounds lighter and in a size smaller by March or April and to be able to get some shorts that won't fall off at that point.
