Sunday Inspiration (Poem)

Sunday, January 20, 2013

Needed to find an inspirational quote for my list. There are many out there but I decided in leiu of that to try my hand at a poem about just what I am trying to accomplish. I hope that it may ring true for others here as well.

Continue Forward

Living in this moments grace
We go forward and face
Paths to an unseen place
Finding a minds new space
Dont do this in such haste
For in it you only waste
Your desire to win this race

Hope everyone has accomplished what they needed and wanted to this weekend.

Excellent poem. I think you nailed it. I also believe if you hang around one spot for too long, regardless of reason, you can lose the desire to win the race, too.

I've had 2 long hard years fighting to maintain my desire to go on from the place I was stuck in, all the while continuing to use the Splenda that kept me stuck there. Now I am starting to go back down and I wish I could do it a bit faster because the goal is seeming to get farther away than the date I set it to.

Keep up the great work, you will reach your goals and so will I. Failure, and giving up is not an option.
