Today's SparkCoach challenge is to eat on a schedule. For example today would probably be breakfast at 8, lunch at noon, dinner at 5. If I'm hungry in between maybe a snack at 10, 2, and 7.
I've done a similar things before. Liked and disliked it. Liked it because I knew when exactly I would be eating next and had my food planned out. Disliked it because if something disrupted my schedule I felt like it threw me off. I'll give it a shot today and see how it goes though!
