Recap of yesterday's goals:

30 mins of cardio-45 emoticon
8 cups water-9 emoticon
stay in range- emoticon
cut sodium way back today-1950 better but need to get lower
upper body ST and plank - 3 sets 10 reps of each: seated row, lat pulldown, pec fly, tricep press. 30 sec modified plank emoticon


Today's goals:

30 mins of cardio
8 cups water
stay in range
Try for under 1500mg sodium
