End of Week 2 & Beginning of Week 3

This week I was able to fit in time on the treadmill everyday except my 1 day off. Even on the day off though, I still managed to eat reasonably well. I didn't really lose any weight, down .6 of a pound. I am still feeling better and I noticed that my sleep patterns improve when I exercise.
In my first post of the New Year "So Here I Go Again" I mentioned the beginning of a new 'project' for me. The 101 in 1001 days. I have 60 items on my list and continue to add to it. My zero day is October 4, 2015. Hopefully today I will be posting the list and updating that blog at .
Although I am very tech savvy and such, this whole blogging thing is new to me. I generally keep my thoughts and what not to myself and try to remain a private person. But sometimes it is good to try things outside of your comfort zone.
