Strength Training Sunday

Loss for last week 1.6#. Am very happy with that, although it could have been better I am sure.

Today is upper body strength training....time to get out those emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Do a few emoticon

Then hit some cardio.... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Follow that up with a healthy breakfast.... emoticon emoticon emoticon

And one more thing...don't forget to drink your..... emoticon

    Great blog! Significant and eye-catching! I think 1.6 pounds is a great loss! I lost my first 50 pounds at 1.7 pound per week average and my last 30 pounds at an average of .5 pounds per week. It all adds up!! Take care. Spark On!!
