I guess it is my turn. No weight change this week. Yes, It's a let down. It always is but I know you all know what it's like so no more has to be said. I am extremely grateful that it only happens once in a while. It can always be worse.
Since Christmas I have lost a fair amount of weight and I'm sure it's my body's way of re-adjusting. So I will take that as a healthy sign and keep my chin up.
On a NSV: a co-worker that I haven't seen for a month or so came into my work area and said: Every time I come in here you are smaller. Pretty soon we will need a new chair so you don't look so small. (we have nice/over sized desk chairs as we are siting in them for 12 hours). Very sweet compliment and 2-3 of my daily co-workers were there at the time.
AND I walked 30 miles this week. Not too shabby!
I'm actually right on track for my projected weight loss. Next Sunday I have projected I'd be at 167. That remains to be seen.
Let's start this week on a shiny note. emoticon
It's -13 degree's right now. Bitterly cold. Considerable cloudiness. Dangerous wind chills may approach -45F. Low -24F. Winds NW at 10 to 20 mph. I'm going to have my coffee, jump in the shower, pack my lunch bucket and brave the elements and head to work.

    You are really in the deep freeze! Hope you are keeping toasty warm. You are doing a great job. It's hard when you work hard and don't lose, but don't worry. Keep on track and it will come off! You can do it. You will do it. Stay warm.

    That was such a nice thing to say--I know you feel great! Losing weight Slow is good and prevents extra skin, and you won't be at this weight for long. Just eat healthy and keep exercising. I think the best plateau busters are go eat a tiny bit MORE like 100 calories or so, and bump up your exercise. You are doing so great!!!

    Keep fighting the good fight! Your exercise was fantastic this past week.

We were busy shoveling on Friday and Saturday. Had to go to Thunder Bay today and the highways were awful - snowpacked and icy. The temperature is bitter cold and there are windchill warnings broadcast all the time.

I've got some pics for you, but won't be able to email them until tomorrow.

    You are so right, it's a healthy sign! You've been losing right and left so give your skin a chance to catch up...lol! I loved that you shared the compliment from your coworker. I'm waiting for the moment when people begin to be amazed when they see me, but that's probably still a ways off. I'm still in the stage where they are not too sure and hesitant to speak of it.

30 miles this week, no, not too shabby at all! Amazing is more the word.
Brrr, I'm not envying you one bit for the weather. We are due another cold snap starting tonight so I am hanging out the jeans in the sunshine and 38* today! Thankfully, hubby cut another load of wood yesterday from downed trees on our farm! Our doggies will be wanting to come in by the woodstove all week. I wish I could tell them, "you big babies wouldn't last a day up where Dee lives!" Try to stay warm!

  I can't believe you're doing the same thing that I am; that's pretty much where I started this time and I'm trying so hard to reach 150. We are partners in weight loss. Cold here in Massachusetts too this week, but not below zero yet. Ice is just starting to accumulate so ice fishing can take place.
I walk and do water aerobics as well and when it's this cold it's hard to get out and do this but want you to know you have motivated me to do so. I know we'll both reach our goal.
Nice to have read your spark page! Keep it up; there have been times when my scale even goes up instead of down and I'm working at it almost all the time. You'll have a better drop when the scale reads your weight again; I'm sure of it.
