Mardi Gras Food and Exercise

I managed to get some walking in today without even thinking about it. I went to a Mardi Gras Parade and walked pretty far from where we had parked. Also, all that dancing to the bands that walked by helped, too.
The Six Mini-Meal plan is working moderately well. I gave away some cupcakes that I would've eaten and I made sure that we have lots of fruit and granola bars. If granola bars are really that good of a choice. I have my doubts. I've probably eaten too little today so I have to be a little more careful to bring snacks with me in my purse when I'm going out. The bratwurst purchased at the parade was not planned but I was starving. Anyway, slowly but surely I'm getting back into the habit of eating well and exercising consistently.
